THERAPY SESSIONS (50-60 MIN): $185

REPORTS
Summary report (1-4 pages long): $350 – $750

Comprehensive Psychological Report: $750 – $1300

Letters and Forms: Billed at $185 per hour. A quote will be given upon request.

ASSESSMENTS

The base fee for most assessments is $2000-$2600. This covers the minimum amount of testing in a standard assessment process. You may need additional assessments beyond this base, for which you will be charged by the hourly rate of $185 per hour. If you require a school observation, this can be arranged for an additional fee.

You may be able to claim part of your fees back through private health cover. To check what you can claim, ask your health provider about the following item numbers:

I04: Initial psychology consultation (2 hours)

S04: Subsequent psychology consultation (2 hours)

PA4: Psychological testing (2-6 hours)

COGNITIVE ASSESSMENTS
Intellectual ability assessment: $1,500 – $2000

Includes:
1 hour initial interview
2 hours testing (WISC V)
4 – 7 hours scoring, interpretation, and report preparation
1 hour feedback session

AUTISM ASSESSMENT
Using the Austism Diagnostic Observation Schedule: Second Edition (ADOS-2), considered the gold standard for the diagnosis of Autism, the minimum price for the assessment is $2600.

Includes:
1 hour initial interview
3 hours testing
10 hours scoring, interpretation and report preparation
1-2 hour feedback session

National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Fees

NDIS rates have been set and are charged accordingly. This is currently set at $214.41 per hour. Below is a list of services with there corresponding billable hours. The total cost for these services is determined by multiplying the total billable hours by the appropriate hourly rate above.

CONSULTATIONS
Psychological consultations are billed by the hour. NDIS funding allows clients to have sessions longer than 1 hour per day.

REPORTS
Summary report (1-3 pages long): 2 – 4 Hrs
Comprehensive Psychological Report: 4 – 7 Hrs
Letters and Forms: Billed by the hour. A quote will be given upon request.

ASSESSMENTS
Cognitive Assessment including report: 11 Hrs
Diagnostic Assessment (DSM-V) including report: 11 Hrs
Functional Assessment including report: 11 Hrs
